DELIVERY
Orders received before 1PM ET are typically shipped same day. All orders are shipped with 1-2 days
of the order date. If you have special delivery requirements, please specify at time of order. Every
effort will be made to accommodate your request. Orders may be shipped using the customer's
preferred carrier (third party billing) or a carrier selected by Providence Packaging. All orders,
unless otherwise stated in writing, are sold FOB Origin. Freight charges are the responsibility of the
customer. Freight Charges may increase if services such as inside delivery and liftgate are required.
PAYMENT
Payment may be made by VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Wired Bank Transfer. Customers

WARRANTY
Due to the environmetal variability inherant in the distribution cycle, Providence Packaging cannot guarantee the performance of any packaging product or combination of packaging products. However, Providence Packaging is pleased to provide samples of its products for testing, evaluation and validation.
Providence Packaging's liability resulting from non-conforming products is limited solely to the replacement of defective products or at the option of seller, to repayment to the buyer of the purchase price paid by buyer upon the return to seller of the non-conforming goods. In no event shall Providence Packaging be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive, or special damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption and the like. The foregoing limitations and disclaimers apply regardless of the causes or circumstances giving rise to the loss, damage, claim, or liability.
No Other Warranties - Except as expressly provided in writing, Providence Packaging disclaims all other representations, warranties, and conditions, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise with respect to the products and services provided, including but not limited to the implied representations, warranties, and conditions or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
