Foam Packaging Solutions are available in a variety of types and sizes. Expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam is manufactured as two-piece MOLDED FOAM containers (lid and base) and as wire-cut panels for lining shipping boxes (six panels per box). Wire-Cut panels are stocked as KODIAKOOLER® KITS (boxes, foam panel set, poly liner) in a variety of sizes. Custom-Cut panels to fit most any shipping box are also available as well as multi-color, screen-printed graphics on various foam products.

BioFoam™ is a biodegradable packaging insulation sold as a wire-cut panel set. Similar to KODIAKOOLER® KITS, BIOFOAM KITS consist of an outer shipping carton, BioFoam™ panel set, and poly liner. Custom sizes are available.

KoolShield™ is an expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam with reflective laminate. KoolShield™ combines the benefits of barrier insulation with reflective (radiant barrier) insulation to enhance performance and extend transit times.


Custom Wire-Cut Shapes are available for a variety of applications. Beyond insulation, these CUSTOM SHAPES are often used as inserts to stabilize and support delicate products. Whether a multi-component diagnostic kit or a gourmet cheesecake, a reliable design is possible without tooling costs. For a more cost-effective solution, and with a significant volume requirement, molded shapes can be delivered at a lower cost (requires a one-time tooling investment).
